Our group has been enjoying Dungeon Crawl Classics (DCC) of late. I missed much of the play, but I read most of the book (possible more than the DM); and it is a solid system. I think it makes the game fun to play and easy to run (DM) which is a rare combination. It also hits all the things you want.

Other suggestions of mine would be different systems or genres altogether, so I am skipping that. Give DCC a look:
