I strongly advise to level up several times. flesh golems and werewolves are hard to tackle, sure it depends on the werewolves character levels...
I would send them on a quest to recover a werebane weapon... And an item against golems would do well too. Scarab of golembane? Something in the DMG ...
You could give them some magically silvered arrows against the werewolves...

Perhaps the lovely young maiden one PC had a crush with (a young sorceress) has been bitten and turns into the alphawolf...
