HELP please

just tried to order 2 books from rpgnow.com, computer crashed upon hitting the complete transation button:

recived receipt, which I presume means that it was charged

but when I go to check rpgnow.com to see if the order went through, the history is empty and the 2 items are still in the cart, what should I do?

please help

I've never tried to order from rpgnow.com, but this should work. The info listed on their website or your receipt should indicate where they are located. Then call information and ask for their phone number. You'd be amazed how well this simple solution works -- even companies that are online/mail order only have offices whose numbers are listed locally.

Email them! They should have a customer service address on their web site.
