Help Prestige Class with Passive buffs

Uber Dungeon

First Post
I just recently came across Dread Commando in the book Heroes of battle, it has a nifty ability "team initiative bonus" You and party members within 30 feet gain an initiative bonus equal to you'r Dread Commando level. (There is only 5 levels of Dread Commando)

Anyway, I'm wondering if anyone could suggest any other prestige classes with passive ability(s) like this one, that buffs the whole party. Even feats would be cool.
Any and all 3.5 published material, including dungeon and dragon magazine are acceptable sources :)

The Dragon Lord from Dragon Magic can do a few such things.

And while not Prestige Classes, the Dragon Shaman and the Marshal both have the ability to give the whole party boosts, as long as they are within range.

As an aside, look at teamwork benefits in PH2 (and I think some others were printed in a splat).

Our party has:
Massed Charge
Ranged Precision and
one other one that helped fear saves

Marshal. It uber sucks, but is great for a small dip, much like the Fighter. You can give the entire party your charisma modifier to initiative (motivate dexterity) among other things.

Any PC with the ability to Turn Undead can take the original Sacred Healing (CompDiv) so they can give their crew Fast Healing before or after combat. It may not sound like much, but I've found it to be quite cost effective. Besides being able to essentially CLW+ every last one of your allies and their pets (it's a fairly sizeable AoE power), if done before combat, it nullifies ongoing damage and auto-stabilizes anyone struck down.

I'm really liking the War Weaver Prc and the Sacred Healing feat. It got me thinking, is there a way to make Cleric spells arcane? It'd be epic to cast one cure spell and effect 3+ party members :D +fast healing 3

I know the bard can do it at 7th level (but no sacred healing), but if there wore a variant of cleric or feat that makes there spells arcane it could go War Weaver at 5th lv.

ideas anyone?

seems to me that is I take a single level dip into sorcerer and take the feat
Alternate Spell Source
Type: Metamagic
Source: Dragon #325
You can prepare any of your spells as either divine or arcane.
Prerequisite: Ability to cast both divine and arcane spells.
Benefit: You can choose to prepare any of your divine spells as arcane spells or any of your arcane spells as divine spells. An alternative-sourced spell uses up a spell slot from the class that normally grants the spell. Such a spell is prepared normally. An alternative-sourced spell is cast as if your caster level were 1 level lower. For example, a 1st-level cleric/6th-level wizard casts a divine fireball as a 5th-level wizard.

Then I could continue leveling to 5th level cleric and then take The war weaver Prc. does that sound right? :b
