Help! Seeking image/description of a Skulk

Help.. I'm prepping to run the Dungeon Adventure Path series, and ran across a monster I'm not familiar with called a Skulk. Can someone lend me a hand? Where are these from originally? Could someone provide me a pic or description of one? I'm trying to find a good mini to represent them, but don't know what to look for.

Once members of the underprivileged class of an ancient empire, the humans who would become skulks withdrew from the world through a magical ceremony that solidified their intouchable status. The ritual granted them natural camouflage, allowing the skulks to blend in perfectly with their surroundings.

Skulks stand 5 to 6 feet tall and are devoid of hair. They wear clothing only when forced to. It is difficult to determine, at first glance, whether a given skulk is male or female. A skulk's grey skin is like soft leather, and it can change colors at the creature's whim ... Sometimes a skulk assumes a "natural" human flesh tone and wears clothing to better blend in with human scoiety. ...

Standard human minis would probably work fine.
