Those are the exact stats of a Med sized Scimitar, except small size. Following the weapon scaling, the damage would be 1d4, but everything else would stay the same.

Regardless, a Human druid can use the scimitar normally in one hand, why would I want to downgrade it to small?
because mononoke uses a dagger. and i thougth you wanted that same concept...
tru neutral is good.. taht's what i was thining too
for your feats, I would wait a week for teh druids book (masters of teh wild) to come out...it should be out in feb (a couple day from now) and I heard that there are a lot of cool things for druids
