Help with Fumble Tables

I'm looking for two (or three) good Fumble tables: One for weapon wielding attackers (or two tables; one for melee weapon attackers & one for ranged weapon attackers if the additional table works well) and one for unarmed attackers, i.e. one that doesn't have a bunch of throw weapon, drop weapon, break weapon, etc.

I have some simple tables in an excel sheet. One table for armed melee, one for unarmed/natural attacks and one for ranged. Each table is a simple d10 roll. I will post these here for you this evening when I get home from work.
