in the campaign im currently playing in the DM uses fey alot, in fact we just got back from an adventure in the fey lands, in his world "Underhill" basically there were a bunch of dark druids who were trying to release ravenloft into faerun and they captured the keeper of souls: an unseelie (not sure if im spelling that right) fey but i digress, the fey in his world each have a hand of power, some of which are common and some of which only come into being every 100 years or so, we had a fey with the hand of necromancy which basically increased the power of any necromancer he touched by 100 fold for a few minutes, one with the hand of secrets: no secret could be kept from him if he touched you, the hand of flesh: he could do anything with respect to flesh, even turn you inside out, the hand of life: which im not sure what all it does but I almost died and he healed me and being a half undead necromancer it drained all the residual negative energy out of me which sucked, the hand of shadow: which basically meant he could move through shadows even being able to stab you in the throat through the shadow of your collar anyways i hope that gives you some ideas, if you need more let me know as I said its a fey heavy campaign
