Help with Monster Books?

Can anyone tell me what D&D 3E monster book I want to look in to find the Steam Para-Elemental?

I can't seem to find it, and need it for a special project I'm working on.

I'm not entirely sure on this, but have you checked Monsters of Faerun?

There are paraelementals in the Manual of the Planes, but I don't know if that one in particular is in or not.

I thought they were in Dragon. The one with the new Genasi Races. Sorry I am at work and don't have them here. I can check when I get home and let you know if some one else doesn't beat me to it

Manual of the Planes has the following paraelementals:
Ice, Magma, Ooze, Smoke.

Dragon # 297 has the following planetouched:
Axani, Cansin, Dust Para-genasi, Ice Para-genasi, Magma Para-genasi, Ooze Para-genasi, Smoke Para-genasi, Steam Para-genasi.

I don't know of the steam paraelemental in 3e print anywhere at all, actually.

No mention of it in the CC's creature locator. Found a conversion of it though.
