Help with Sahuagin attacks

1. I'm confused about the rake attack. Is the description saying that they can attack with their feet (2 attacks) while swimming? So a full attack would be 2 claws (+4 melee), 2 claws (+2 rake melee), & 1 bite? Or does it only rake when grappling as the Rake description explains on pg 313 in the MM?

2. How would attacks work with a 4-armed Sahuagin 6th lvl Barbarian (extra attack) with 20 Str? How many natural attacks (with rake) can he do in a full attack if he's swimming?

I'm confused on how to figure up the attack bonuses for each attack on the 4-armed Barbarian.

3. What if the 4-armed Sahuagin Barbarian chooses to attack with a dagger in 1 hand & keeps 3 hands empty? Does his number of attacks lower? What would his full attack look like if he's raking with a dagger in hand?

Thanks.

I won't go into details, as this is not my forte, but a monster gets all its manufactured weapon iterative attacks first (from BAB), and then all the remaining natural weapon attacks that it can take (if it holds a sword in a hand, it can't use a claw attack for that hand.)

Of course, it can also take its iterative attacks with natural weapons. I'll let someone else sort that out for you. ;)

1. if swimming 2 claws primary, bite seconday [only -2 to hit due to multiattack, 1/2 STR], 2 rakes secondayry [only -2 to hit due to multiattack, 1/2 STR] He can also use the rake without penaty in grapple.

2. if he's swimming, 4 claws primary [full str bonus], 1 bite secondary [only -2 to hit due to multiattack, 1/2 STR] and 2 rakes secondary [only -2 to hit due to multiattack, 1/2 STR] You lose the BAB based extra attacks when only using natural weapons.

3. Dagger + full "to hit" /+ [full "to hit" -5] / 3 claws secondary secondary [only -2 to hit due to multiattack, 1/2 STR], 1 bite secondary, 2 rakes secondary

Oh I didn't know that. Can anyone point me to where it mentions this in the rulebook (not the SRD)?

I'm a bit confused on this, sorry. I can't comprehend it due to the way it's typed out. Would you mind dumbing it down for me :p

Thanks for the help!

Look at every monster with a BAB over 5, nothing gets BAB based iterative attack progression on natural weapons. If they pick up a manufactured weapon, they get their BAB based iterative attacks and can launch their remaining natural attacks as secondary attacks that receive half STR bonus to damage.

8 BaB [6 barabarian, 2 from HD], 20 STR, 20 becomes 24 in rage, 26 due to sahagin frenzy. Ignoring other feats

4 claws at +16 to hit and +8 to damage, 1 bite at +14 to hit and +4 to damage, 2 rakes at +14 to hit and +4 to damage.

Dagger +16/+11 [1d4+8 19-20 crit], 3 claws at +14 to hit and +4 to damage, 1 bite at +14 to hit and +4 to damage, 2 rakes at +14 to hit and +4 to damage.
