Help with some home brew E6 feats

My friend and I are gonna be running an E6 group together soon using a home brew setting. The setting uses the "wild magic" rules (Caster level check; DC 15+spell level to avoid wild magic effects). Neither of us are that experienced in the ways of home-brewing, so i am submitting some feat ideas we had to be critiqued and edited for balance/wording/ect. We also need help figuring out what the prereqs for each should be (spell craft ranks, caster level, ect). Thanks for the help!

Metamagic Adept [General]
Prerequisite
????

Benefit
You gain one level 4 spell slot to use only for applying metamagic feats to spells of 3rd level or below.

Normal
A character without this feat cannot apply metamagic feats to spells if doing so would bring the effective spell level above 3rd.

Note
This feat can never grant access to spells with a base level higher than 3rd.


Metamagic Expert [General]
Prerequisite
????, Metamagic Adept

Benefit
You gain one level 5 spell slot to use only for applying metamagic feats to spells of 3rd level or below. In addition, you gain one more 4th level spells slots to be used only for applying metamagic feats to spells of 3rd level or below.

Normal
A character without this feat cannot apply metamagic feats to spells if doing so would bring the effective spell level above 3rd.

Note
This feat can never grant access to spells with a base level higher than 3rd.

????, Metamagic Adept, Metamagic Expert

Benefit
You gain level 6 spell slot to use only for applying metamagic feats to spells of 3rd level or below. In addition, you gain one more 4th and one more 5th level spells slots, all to be used only for applying metamagic feats to spells of 3rd level or below.

Normal
A character without this feat cannot apply metamagic feats to spells if doing so would bring the effective spell level above 3rd.

Note
This feat can never grant access to spells with a base level higher than 3rd.

You gain a +3 bonus on caster level checks made to overcome the effects of Wild Magic. This bonus stacks with those from Spell Stability and Improved Spell Stability.

The Metamagic X feats are far too good. They should grant no more than one spell slot. Besides, why don't you just use the existing Epic feat Improved Spell Capacity?

yup, we realized that one. gonna cut it down a bit. The reason we wanted that is because if you wanna play a metamagic specialist in E6 your options are pretty limited.
