Help with Website and Org tools for our game

I have a project I am working on for our game that I need a professional-ish website where I can give my players a layered calendar with different access levels to it, branded domain and emails and easy design with images and layout. I am not very web savvy and need an easy way to make changes too with an editing program.

How do I get setup as cost effective as possible? I need the following:

A reliable Web Hosting place with good customer service and bandwidth for as cheap as possible
A easy to use web design program
ability to change the site easily
domain branding and domain emails
Links to web design for dummies type of articles

Features I would like to have:
a layered calendar that shows different information based on your access levels
file sharing based on access levels
easy to use wiki that can be given different levels of access

All free. Not the level of integration you might be looking for, but more useful than meets the eye.

Also, though you have to do a lot more managing under the covers, you could consider maybe just using docs for the wiki aspect, too -- though you'd have to remember to share docs with people that you wanted to be able to edit it, you can publish it fairly painlessly.

that's what I'm doing for my PbP, and it's working pretty well for us.

I like something more intergrated. I don't mind paying for it, just want to keep it affordable. Free cool add-ons are a plus. I need web design tools and a web design for dummies kind of approach. Some sort of online resource that walks you through common website how to dos.

I want to put together as astetically pleasing of a site as I can. I am a visual person who wants to express myself with good design, but I am a total newb with online tools for doing so.
