Barbarian1/Fighter19 - Extra Rage, Toughness. I'm a Barbarian with 9 extra feats now.
Since feats are not supposed to get better by level, why not steal a page from Spell Casting Prodigy? Something like
Toughness
For the purpose of determining hit points, treat your Constitution as 2 points higher than its actual value.
Special: You can only take this feat as a first level character.
There, a feat that is not a waste like the original and, technically, doesn't get better per level. The first level character thing is a slight balance that may not be necessary.
