The D&D 3.5 edition Excel-based character generator got stuck over the last few months -- a developer/leader spearheaded a lot of fixes, but sorta disappeared and left the product in a broken state. After waiting a while, the remaining developers have decided to roll back to the released version and start over. 
They could use help. They are looking for 4 new team members, each capable with Excel formulas. The announcement is here:

I'm bummed that they had to start over. They were right on the cusp of adding all the Unearthed Arcana variant features. Hopefully they can get out some bug fixes and get back to the cool stuff?
(Also, if you end up on the team, would you do me a favor and "encourage" smaller updates, so that we don't get stuck waiting another year and a half for a big release?)
