Hey DDI devs, whats up with this?

I'd suggest manually going in to clear your ddi cookies, and manually dumping your cache. It isn't uncommon for the latest version of Firefox to have some weird cookie-related corruption. Can't hurt, at least.

Well, I don't have firefox, I use Explorer. I tried that, it does the same thing. I even downloaded a completely new browser (google whatever) and that was the only site I ever visited with it and it still happened (including the not being allowed to email them).

on a side note, it is making me very, very upset. I realy hope this thread brings attention to the problem, and helps it get fixed because I don't believe it's only on my end.

Are you locked out of everything, or just some things? ie, can you get pdfs, access the compendium, etc, and just the monster builder is screwed up, or is it anything that requires a current account?
 


I'm wondering - there's no chance you're simultaneously logged in on a different computer, is there? I haven't tried multiple log ins, but I imagine ddi could detect and block those.

Umm, have you considered, you know, posting on the WotC forums, where the guys who work on DDI actually are?

Have you contacted Customer Service? In my experience they usually respond with a solution within three working days if e-mailed. If you phone them, I expect they can respond instantly.

The problem some people have with the Email Us system is very annoying, but it is getting sorted out in the thread I linked - from what I can tell, they made a change to the system at some point, and a few accounts got corrupted. They can't find out which ones until affected people contact them - then they fix the problem.

I see... maybe I'll call them If I'm awake when they're open (unless they're 24 hours).
 

Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm Pacific Time, Saturday and Sunday 10am to 4pm Pacific Time.

Emails do get replied to quickly, so you really are best of emailing them. If 'Email Us' doesn't work, there's a thread on the WotC boards where you can get it fixed (see my earlier post).
