Hidden Fields?

Auran had an old product, Web of the Widow, which is out of print so I updated it to Shades of Gray, which the product became.

When I click on the image (which I've finally managed to figure out how to upload! Hurray) it takes me to Way of the Witch web page.

When I go to edit the product, I see no links to said web site.

Is this a hidden field or am I just missing something.

Anyone have any luck figuring out how to change a company's e-mail address?

I have noticed, when entering new products, that some publishers don't have all product lines showing up in the drop box.

Fantasy Flight Games does not have its Rules line show up, but one with something about a banana is listed.

I end up just dropping new ones into the banana line (which never shows up) and then editing the product so it is in the right line.

I just create a new product line. I don't have time to go back over products with the breakneck pace that they come out.

I have started uploading covers though! Auran, Anubium and some others have already been good to go.

Joe, that means that the two products have been given the same product abbreviation by whoever originally entered them. the abbreviation is what the system uses to identify products. When that happens, the only way it can be fixed is for Liquide to go into the code and fix things manually. I'll point him towards this thread, but it's quite a hassle to fix, so may take a few days.

Yeah - best way to do it is to go to the publisher page and click on the add product button within each product line. Then, whatever product you add will be in that line.

This may be another of those privilaged buttons that I don't have access too. ;) I don't see it.

Products

I've been adding a company prefix before each product, just to make sure they're unique. Eg: Paradigm's Eldest Sons is para_eldest .

Thats a good idea. Another trick I use is that, after you've entered the letters, I stab randomly at the numpad on by keyboard to come up with a ranm 2 or 3 digit number to go after it.

Eg - para_eldest786

That pretty much guarantees no duplicates.
