...Hide My Overly-Large Signature Blurb?

For awhile now, I've been posting some of my unpublished "Ecology" articles over on the Story Hour Forum. As you can see, though, the size of my signature blurb has grown obnoxiously large since I first started. I know some of you have that "Hide" button at the bottom of your posts (so when you click on it, the text it's hiding expands) - can anybody talk me through what I need to type to use that feature?

Optimally, I'd like to keep my most recent "Ecology" link in plain sight in my signature and hide the others under one of those magic buttons. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Why don't you just redesign it? Like this perhaps:
