Hideous Blow and Cleave

Let's say you've got a high-Strength Warlock/Fighter with a Greatsword, the Cleave Feat, and the Hideous Blow Invocation. If he downs a foe with his standard-action attack from using Hideous Blow, and another foe is within his reach, does he Cleave? If so, does the Eldritch Blast damage (from Hideous Blow) apply to this attack as well, or is it just a normal attack at the same attack bonus?

Edit: Also, let's say he rolls a natural 20 and confirms a critical hit while using Hideous Blow. Would the Eldritch Blast damage be multiplied (as it can crit on its own), or would it count as "extra dice" and therefore not be multiplied? I'm assuming it's the latter, but it can't hurt to check.

Nope, the extra melee attack from Cleave (which you certainly get) is just that, an extra melee attack.

The critical question is tougher... Eldritch Blast is normally a (ranged) touch attack and thus can be multiplied in a critical hit... and the Hideous Blow says, that the target is affected as if struck by the Eldritch Blast.

However, I'd also count this as extra damage, I think.
