High Level/Epic Story hour wanted

If you're going to read mine in order (such as it is), you want:

My Old Story Hour
Agents of Chaos
To War Against Felenga

The Early Years takes place long before any of those, but it's very sketchy at this point. The Politics of Tirchond takes place concurrently with To War Against Felenga. You'll find that all five story hours are connected at least loosely- there are character crossovers from all of them.

I was thinking of starting a story hour for my campaign that just started. The PCs started at 9th. Is that considered high level? We intend to play to 20th.

You might be interested in it, as it is set in the world of Bluffside, so while some of the PCs are *from* Bluffside (or at least near it), it is not set in Bluffside. But, it would at least be some insight into the (non-official) history of the Bluffside world, and the rest of the world that it is set in.
