Actually the fourth one was almost tolerable.
It was good for an episode of the TV serial. But it was supposed to be a movie  Also, one of the things that irritated me the most with this film, was Connors Mac Leod who actually was older than in the first movies! Obviously the actor is not an immortal! :p

Personally, I didn't think that Highlander needed a sequel; the original movie wrapped up the story quite nicely.

There should ONLY have been one.
Indeed. The premise of the first movie forbade any sequel or serial. And now they are trying to do a fifth movie? It can only be crap.

I'm quite interested in this, cos I loved the first movie, but can't remember the second properly, it involved the future? There was a Seies!?! And two other films?!?

News to me. :\

You are mistaken. There is a movie and a TV series nothing else. :uhoh:

Bah! It's just the Highlander Multiverse. Hypertime, baby, hypertime.

See, there's the original Highlander Universe, the Quickening Universe, the TV series
and Endgame Universe, the Cartoon Universe and the Anime Universe. Highlander 3 is
a dilemma, though, whether it lives in a continuity of it's own or as part of the TV
Universe.

The Immortals span the Multiverse. Then, when all universes Will Have Only One left,
they fight interdimensionally for the Ultimate Ultimate Prize.

But weren't Lambert and Connery signed for 2 movies? That's why I heard there was the 2nd.
