Historical Poisons

Do any d20 products out there give game information on a number of poisons that were used in the middle ages or other periods, like Belladonna or Wolfsbane? In other words, not purely fantasy poisons like Medusa's Blood or something like that?

Green Ronins Assassian has several - with some good/acurate descriptions of effects. The only question I have is what is the penalty to AC/To Hit/ To Damage when your guts are coming out from dysentary?

Being "nauseated", (and that is how I'd play it) I'd say they can't do much:

from the SRD
Nauseated

Experiencing stomach distress. Nauseated creatures are unable to attack, cast spells, concentrate on spells, or do anything else requiring attention. The only action such a character can take is a single move (or move-equivalent action) per turn.

Having an unarmored, unencumbered character be limited to a single move (or move-equivalent action) per turn, is rather limiting. 9 metres or 30 feet in six seconds isn't very fast. That's about the distance between my bedroom and my bathroom. I'd have to be pretty sick not to make that distance in under six seconds... Not that I've ever had dysentry, mind you.
