Hit Points for Power Points?

Does anyone know of any power, feat, or magic item that allows you to convert hp for pp?

I know of the Body Fuel Feat but I want something that burns hp for pp.

With hp as easy to get back as they are I cannot imagine that that sort of anything would work very well without some pretty hefty drawbacks (such as the damage only being able to be healed naturally or some such).

I have seen nothing like that personally and I doubt it would fly very well in any event

A feat that traded Hp for PP would be unbelievably powerful for Psychic warriors, who could just keep turning on their buffs, one of which is vigor.

If you made such a feat, it would have to trade at, say, 5 hit points per power point or so, and possibly you would want to put on a stipulation, like the power Psychofeedback, that it can only be healed naturally.

It is an interesting feat idea. One way to balance it would be to say for every 1 HP sacrificed for 1 PP that characters max HP are reduced by one for that day. And maybe also limiting how many HP you can sacrifice in this way (1/level maybe?)
This could still be too powerful and should probably be revised. I just don't feel like thinking about it right now.
