Sorry to hear that, Tallarn. It shouldn't take too long to recover from with the money you're getting and your attacks per turn. Still no luck on finding a replacement thugbuilder

Oh, and another trick I've learned when getting hit by big people is the 'going to ground' aproach. Sell all your stuff and keep your money banked for a couple of days to a week and they'll lose interest in you and forget about you, since they can't attack anymore. Then pull out the money and buy a bunch of gear at once and you're back in business. It works, but was very frustrating when we only had 30 day rounds to build up in. Now that we can carry over all our gear from month to month its a temporary setback at most.

BTW, where is ddk still going on? I don't see any new posts by him...

Good thoughs, Sniktch, I may well do that. heh, with three attacks/round I should be able to build up some major firepower to come back with! Sounds like fun to me!

ddk is still posting in one of his threads, you may have already seen it. I've been away from NKL for a while.
