I'm not good at fantasy because:
a) I'm as prone to gamer/Writer syndrome as much as the next guy, if not more-so.
b) I'm not much good at short time-frames for fiction. Take, for example, the forty-thousand words it took me two years to write for my PhD novel, because I find it easier to wander off and write other forms.
c) I get irritated with my fantasy writing very, very easily. It then tends to mutate and turn into something odd.
I'm actually tempted to spend the entire competition putting together adventure proposal
In any case, I'll see how I go.
