Yep, and our new crewmember is gonna talk to Heaven & Earth about possibly allying with them - that's Kyosuke's crew, the #1 gangster in Outwar Apparently he's talked to him before. And I'm going to talk to E3Monster about more firmly cementing our alliance with Soviets - if both negotiations go well, we could be allied with 2 of the bigger crews around!
