To talk about something completely different … but vaguely gamer related. I’m going to the theatre tomorrow night. Why is this significant? Well, as some of you may be aware I’ve only been in the UK for a short period of time and hadn’t met who was interested in going to see plays in London with me. Surprisingly enough I met a guy interested in the theatre at GenCon and we’re going to see a play tomorrow night. Anyone who I’ve told this story to has started laughing at me at this point … so is the Hive’s considered opinion that this guy is probably thinking more than just theatre-buddies? (Theatre buddies btw is all that I’m after.) And don’t ask me if there have been any clues … I hopeless at working out if guys are interested in me.

I totally thrashed today. I was at a 5 hour long metal concert on saturday, and I'm not in the same shape I was in in ten years ago, I tell you that. I'm aching all over. On top of that I think I'm coming down with some virus I think. And I have to go play D&D shortly. Have to call people who mailed me about the rooms I'm renting out, aint life a succubus.

You want a theatre buddy? Well, if I had any money I'd gladly be up for that...bit of a shame I don't. As regards this guy, well, just wait and see, and if he tries anything on then inform him politely that he's got the wrong idea. His reaction to that should probably tell you everything you need to know.

However, on no account should you attempt to put him off by staring at other women. This will only fuel his fantasies and be harder to explain afterwards.

However that is a generalization of guys to say the least. And I for one have many female friends I've never had a cruch on, that not been because they aren't pretty or anything but for me something just have to click in me when seeing a girl.

Just ask him straigth up, if you're in duobt about it after the first theater trip. I would take offense, and asked straigth up I wouldn't lie either.

ROFLMAO ... almost tempted to do this. Except that as is generally known women always check out other women ... you've got to know what the competition is wearing!
