Im getting more curious for that book by the day

Roughly a year ago I began a story arc where Priests of Talona (poisons) and Lizardmen were teaming up. The preists, with help from infernal types, created a poison that didn't kill, it mutated. I didn't nail down the mutation at the time figuring the players would stop it before it got that far.

Well, as they ran away, Daggerford got several casks of tainted wine. PCs return to the swamp.
Suddenly I'm like.."holy $6!+! I need a template or something!"
Then I heard about the book and hoped to get it to help. One step better- It has a template for "reptilian". All of my surviving orcs and a good handful of (vengeful) humans wewre "reptilianized". Party just found out today. "oops"
