well, I have the discovery channel on, and there's a show about sharks, they were just simulating the strength of shark jaws, pretty interesting.
But right now, I'm having some trouble with ants, we have an ant colony under our driveway and they swarm everywhere, and even though they're sugar ants, they've been biting me, and they ate my walking sticks while I was in England

We're having trouble with ants now too. I got bitten by one of them as well. I hate these things. We have set out traps, and they have gone for them, but they won't die. I don't know what we are going to do.

We've been having problems with ants on and off for years, but I think that this is the worst it's ever been. The person who was housesitting for us said that after my walking sticks were eaten he talked to the insect part of the zoo and they said that they had to put moats around all of their insects and spiders, even tarantulas or they would get eaten

Hmm. I'm starting to like the idea of spiders in my house a bit more than ants. I had no idea they could be that nasty.

neither did we, we were pretty surprised to hear that, especially given that most people consider sugar ants pretty harmless

Yeah me too, but I have had them bite me in some rather painful spots, upon which I won't elaborate for Eric's grandma's and your sake
