So what's been happening in your world, Ash?

Not a whole lot. I've been going to an anxiety group every week for a few months now, and I have gotten a lot better in quite a few ways. I'm more confident and caring less what people think of me. Yet at the same time, I have been losing interest in almost everything I enjoyed doing. Playing games, reading, things like that. I'm probably just burned out, which is why I'm thinking of going on a trip. Other than that, not much has been happening here.
