That's a possibility. Black Knights use Dragon Armour, which is basically souped-up super-heavy armour, so I could give that as an example. The Ironjacks use the prosthetics rules I've written up, and also use the Mechanist prestige class as well - well, some of them will do anyway. Their faction has yet to hit a philosophical turning point from accepting the use of steamwork prosthttics as a good way fo treating injuries, to seeing prosthetisc as superior to the original flesh.
