Go outside, run and keep runniong till you puke. Get up and run some more. Do that daily and you'll be in shape in no time.
 


Hey, it works. And when I was 18 my body could handle it. But now ten years later I get up most mornings and hit the stationary bike. I'll never be 18 again or be even close to that physical shape, but I can make the attempt.
