[Hivemind] Running around like headless chickens

Hiccuping comes from irregular breathing rhythms, so what you need to do is restart your breathing cycle - thus, holding your breath, drinking water, or eating quickly all help to some degree because you aren't breathing for that period of time, thus giving your body the chance to start over with its breathing pattern.

Here's a method my friend showed me which apparently works for him, but which I have tried once to the result of total failure:

1. Breathe out, slowly, as much as possible.
2. Pause, and then inhale slowly, and keep 'inhaling' for another couple seconds when your lungs are full.
3. Breathe out slowly, and then pause before breathing in normally.

It's time for me to say goodbye/goodnight/good morning or what not. :)

The phone starts getting busy about this time every morning. Have fun and I should be back tonight. :)

See you later!

Contemplating failure. The sun, according to this site, officially begins to rise in a little less than an hour and a half. I have a pretty significant chunk of it done, and I'm fairly confident I could finish it tomorrow without delving into the more unpleasant hours, which might be a wise idea, since I'm really starting to blank out on the idea I'm working on. Either way, this will probably be my last post for the night.

Good night, everybody.
