[Hivemind] Running around like headless chickens

Ah ok, we have a version of that called the Big Day Out.

The Donnas are pretty cool :)
They were great live, they had a lot of energy, maybe even an excess of it, their drummer was bouncing up and down constantly, even between songs.

Ugh, I hate all of these terrible bands. One of the best bands there was Kings of Leon, great Southern Garage rock band for lack of better descriptors, but they were awesome. The crowd wasn't too exciting, but then again there were 10-20 people at the most watching

Haven't heard of them. I may have to pick up an album of theirs.

I am looking forward to picking up Indigenous, a straight blues band from a Sioux reservation. What little I have heard (literally 10 seconds) was enough to make me order the cd. (should be here soon)

You should pick up a Stone Coyotes cd. Great stuff, three piece bluesy rock from West Texas. very unique sound, great lyrics, fun songs and the lead singer has the coolest voice. The best part, its a mom and dad as singer/guitarist and bass, and their son as the drummer. Crazy stuff, man.

This is a bad thing? :D

Big Day Out? That's a good name. What bands were on it this year?

I'll look into that. The Kings of Leon have one full length recording out, which is Youth and Young Manhood, and it's one of my favorite CDs
