I saw a surprisingly watchable movie just now. Counterstrike, a TBS original movie. I expected it to be drivel, and it was enjoyable.

Not one thing to do with it. The movie is set in the immediate future, during a Summit between the US President (a woman) and the Chinese President, that would create a Nuclear Earth Zero Policy, disarming all warheads until their use, the intention being that the time necessary to arm the weapons could stave off a crisis. The Summit is being held on the Queen Elizabeth 2, mid atlantic. Everything is derailed when Taiwanese seperatists take the vessle, and try to gain control of the Chinese missle command (the Football was onboard the QE2).

The catch is that the heroes are two brothers. One a Secret Service agent who managed to not become a hostage, and his brother an ATF agent who HALOs onto the QE2 to disarm the bomb. Rachel Blakely is it also, which is why I watched. She is on Arthur Conan Doyle's The Lost World.
