I didnt really like The Scarlet Letter. If you strip it of all the deep inquery into the human heart, which I swear goes on for pages at a time, its about a twenty page book, if that.

I mean, it was beautifully, if densely written, but other than that, it really wasnt the best. Personally, I think we should have read Dune instead, but nooooooo, Sci Fi cant possibly be literature unless its Farenheiht 451, Brave New World, or something by Jules Verne.

Ya, your super powers. We a;ll have them, not like Spidey or Sups, but they are there. So, what are yours?

As a ten year old I could gulp a two liter of coke without taking a breath..... (don't ask why...I was ten)

I'm an on/off precog (this is true actually)

KILLER IN KALIDNAY
DARKSUN
EN WORLD
SEGMENT 019

"Ugggg! yes how the pieces of the body stunk!" I could smell it before I even entered the sewer. Damn impolite and improper to caste pieces of a body into my sewer." The dwarf honestly seems peeved by this.

"Templar?" Nahhh...I just help 'em out a bit. Seems none of them like to grow a good root. You got that problem there laddies?" He gently punches one worker in the shoulder leaving a massive brown stain on his bare skin.

"Yup- found him here...oh a day or two ago. Suspect he was noble. Wore perfume....how unclean and unnatural!" Course Templar Denz (the original templar investigating this whose memory crystal the party holds) wanted me to keep that quiet. Ain't me fault he got himself torn up and hidden in my workplace."

Sorren notices the large flys begin to soar about the man's shoulder where touched by Krook.

"So- why you guys curious? Lost a noble have yah?"

The Scaret Letter does way more then you say. No sci book captures the people or the time period like Scarlet Letter does. It would be like complaing that you couldn't read LotR when you were assigned to read Winesburgh, Ohio. Both great books, both well respected, but the books are totally different. Besides, you should be reading as many different genres and authors as you can to really get a good apprciation of the literary arts.

I find it quite cool......

Joe Cool...back in school.
Hangin' round the water fountain,
Playin' the fool.

Joe Cool...take it light.
If the principal catches you,
You're out of sight.
(Take those shades off...walkin' round the halls.)

Joe Cool...makin' the rounds.
Checkin' all the kiddies,
Up and down.

Joe Cool...play it straight.
If the principal catches you,
It's gon-na...be...too late.
(Yeaaaahhh...better learn to add now.)
