I see a strong manga influence in your art. Whom do you like most? Some people think I have a manga influence but I don't see it. Must be the enlarged eyes and hands.

I like to think of it as an "east meets west" thing. I've been influenced by all sorts of people from Salvadore Dali to H. R. Geiger, and from Rumiko Takahashi to Jim Lee. But hopefully it's worked itself out into a unique and totally "me" style.

If not, then I'll just DIE, y'know? Totally! It's like, I'm a TOTAL individual, and y'know, my totally unique viewpoint CAN'T be mirrored by anything else 'cause I'm like, so totally me. Like TOTALLY, y'know? ;)

I know and more importantly- understand. Strangely enough, my main inflences were Sal Buscuma (major hulk fan as a kid), Frank Miller, David Mazzucchelli and more recently Jim Lee. Now I'm influenced more on my writing than art since I rarely draw anymore. That Mania drawing of the gith was the first drawing I have done in nearly two years.

My G/F is watching "Pokemon 4 Ever."

Lot's of li'l cute thingies saying their own names over and over and over and over...
