Not even a favorite shirt?

One shirts is as good as another, I suppose.

Luckily, none of my exes had anything to do with my television habits. I do find that Jeff Goldbloom is intricatly tied in my mind to one of them, only because several key moments were tied to nights we saw a movie with him in it. It's most disconcerting
I hate it when that happens. I just want to be able to watch shows i like without anything negative attached. I enjoyed Buffy too much to not watch the last season though, so I toughed it out. Most of the shows on tv right now aren't that good. I do still like the Simpsons, and Futurama, and it's really nice to have new episodes of Futurama during the summer. I guess that would have to be my favorite show, if I had to pick one. I also like Mission Hill, but it's rotated out of the Abult Swim schedule right now, so I don't get to see it.:( But the A-team is on the new TNN, so i get to watch that. Nostalgia rocks!

My favorite shirt is which ever one manages to hide my belly, and not look like its hiding my belly :)

Oh, I wold not mind so much if it were not Jeff Goldbloom. I do not want to see his face when i think of my ex. :)

Oh, Ashwyn, since you play video games, I wanted to warn you. STAY AWAY FROM TOMB RAIDER ANGEL OF DARKNESS!!! That statement actually deserved caps. Oh, I hated that game. I'm so dissapointed in it, and Eidos.

Don't worry, i will. The only time I ever played a Tomb raider game was when I got it free with some math software. Odd thing for it to be given away with, but at least I knew never to play another one. From bad controls to bad camera angles, they have bad gameplay covered. On X-play on techtv, they reviewed AoD, and boy did they hate it. It was pretty funny how bad it is. I hope you didn't buy it.

*weeps openly* I paid 59 dollars for it. I even bought the damn guide cause it was only 10 bucks with purchase, and figured, why not?

It's worse than any reviewer who is not a fan of the series can say. I WAS a fan of the series. I loved the first couple for the puzzles, and the unusual locations. I really liked the first couple. Then it didn't improve. It was teh same blocky controls, the same blocky models, the same grid based movements. Last Reve was the last one I played. i refused to play Chronicles. Then AoD came, and I was told by Eidos this would solve every problem. It would revive teh franchise, it woud be the game we always wanted.

It was the biggest piece of crap I have ever seen. It was everything I hated about the game, and none of the things I liked, You can tell teh game was unfinished. Its not just that certain actions were useless (the sideways jump and roll are meaningless now) but there are story elements brought up with no context. The *twist* at the end of teh game involves a character lara obviously knows, the villain knows but we have never seen in this game or any other.

Worse yet, the guide is wrong. Flat out wrong. It was written by someone who saw a prerelease version I think, because certain areas are very different than described. Its very very bad.

That is something I've never heard of happening. That really sucks. It's one thing when a game fails to live up to your expectations, but when a guide is wrong, it's completely worthless. Is there anywhere near you that buys used games so you could get some of your money back?

I will probably sell it tomorrow, and hope I get 25 bucks for it. Luckily this game was one that Electronics Boutique has a gaurenteed resale price on it. If I can find my little ticket I think I may be able to get 30 dollars for it. That's enough to go but Lupin the 3rd: Castle Cagliostro with!

kane hungry.

I've watched a few episodes of Lupin on Cartoon Network. Very quirky little show. In a good way.

I love it. One of the first anime I ever saw was a non subbed version of Castle Cagliostro, and a very, ahem, interesting version of the Little Mermaid. :D I had forgotten about it until I saw it on Adult Swim. it's very old, before the now almost universal style, but you can defintly see where the form is going.

I think Cowboy Bebop takes soem cues from the show, which is another reason I really like it. Some of the characetrs are similar, the music is funky jazz, both groups are effectivly ineffective, and there are actually non Japanese characters.
