Those planes sound like something you'd use Mongoose's Nymphology for.

Not quite what i had in mind. I really like the Plane I designed for Elves. In my world, Elves are vehemently opposed to undead, and the Plane reflects that by turning any evil undead into a construct whose sole purpose is to defend the Plane, and binding it's soul(if any) to the body. Quite a bad deal if you are an evil Lich. Good and neutral undead it just revives.
