Highmoon Media Productions is looking for a writer for a line of d20 Modern/Future projects. Writer must be well versed in the rules presented in the Modern System Reference Document (MSRD), especially with the Future supplement, and ideally with the Mecha rules.
Writer will be expected to deliver both story and stats for each project. We already have the implied setting and backstory, and will provide the artwork for the writer to develop. Projects are expected to be around 3500 words + stats, and pay a flat $25 cash upon acceptance of manuscript (payments done via PayPal), or $50 in credit from our catalog.
Writer must be fluent in English, have excellent spelling and grammar, and ideally have great ideas for Future gaming. The easier you make the editor's job, the better.
Interested parties can email me at future@highmoonmedia.com. We will be accepting applications from today, July 16 until July 30. Once we have a list of all interested parties, we will give everyone a test assignment and choose our writer based on those entries.
We need someone reliable who can help the line grow and expand, and who wants to be in for the long run. The pay is small now, but if the line succeeds, so will the remuneration and the level of involvement.
If you have any questions, please email Daniel at daniel@highmoonmedia.com
July 31st: This Open Call is now closed. Thanks to all who applied.
