HMP's 48-hour "I Got Robbed!" Sale

I would highly recommend From Stone to Steel at regular price. On sale, there's just no reason not to pick it up! I don't do arctic games often but remember how sadly the rules lack in that area, so I picked up a copy of Frost & Fur. I hope that money helps you pull through this ordeal. :(

If Slaadi have a special place in your heart, like mine does, Black Ice Well is the only adventure I have ever seen them made heavy use of. Unless it is updated to 3.5 you'll have to do some work updating it. But it uses Slaadi, so that makes up for a lot in my book. Not that I really care if a module is 3.0 or 3.5, its not a bother to me.

Thanks so much to everyone who has purchased something to help out. I am overwhelmed at the response.

As people have pointed out, From Stone to Steel and Frost & Fur are two top-notch books that I recommend to everyone. I have always said that it is a shame MonkeyGod went under after publishing these, because they were only the heralds of a whole bunch of equally good sourcebooks to come. Personal bias aside, I think those two books should be in every gamer's library, virtual or otherwise.

For adventures, Michael Tresca's Torassia adventures (Tsar Rising and The Dancing Hut) are very cool because they aren't your typical European setting, and All the King's Men because I love the take on Elizabethan theatre. Hellstone Deep is very good and very challenging, and Black Ice Well just rocks the Slaadi boat. I actually also like Cataclysm on Cloudholme because it's both adventure and mini-setting all in one (another series that didn't get a chance to develop). And Song of Storms is still just as awesome as it was when it was nominated for an Ennie in 2002.

Hope that helps and thanks again to everyone for their support. I am humbled.

Glad to Help

I don't post often here, but I'm glad to help out. I've been wanting to get Stone & Steel and Frost & Fur for what seems like years now and this was a good way to do it. I also picked up several of the mods while I was at it.

Sorry, Catsclaw, but I never got around to doing that. You see, one of the things I need to replace is my laptop's network card, so I was without internet at home all weekend. I was able to post yesterday very quickly from my in-laws' and today from work, but that's it.

I want to thank each and everyone who lent their support. Sales were phenomenal, which both amazes and humbles me. I hope you all enjoy the books you got. :)

I love these 50% sales.

I already had Frost and Fur, but I picked up five modules I've had my eye on. Now I've got something 3.5 for the 18-20 range which is coming up soon in one of my campaigns.

Quoting Voadam, but this is for Hal: One of my customers has been buying up everything he can for the 18-20 range. You have stuff in that range not up on ENGS? I'd like to get that up for him and point him in the right direction.

I went on this evening to make the purchase of the 6 adventures I put in my shopping cart yesterday (was awaiting Hal's response to the bundle)... and the sale is over! Now I can't afford to get the adventures I wanted... :(
