Merry X-mas people!
And the first one of you who says this guy is not playbalanced gets a lump of coal in their stocking.

Santa (Prestige Class)
For those to whom giving is the golden rule, there is the option of becoming a Santa. A symbol of charity and goodwill wherever they might travel, they spread happiness to as many as they can through their rituals of charity and sharing.
Requirements
To qualify to become Santa, a character must fulfill the following criteria.
Skill: Craft (toys) 6 ranks, Gather Information 11 ranks, Handle Animal 6 ranks, Knowledge (popular culture) 6 ranks, Move Silently 6 ranks, Navigate 6 ranks, Pilot 6 ranks.
Special: Character must have a charitable soul.
Class Information
Hit Die: 1d6
Action Points: 8 + one-half character level, rounded down, every time the character attains a new level in this class.
Class Skills
The Santa's class skills (and the key ability for each skill) are: Balance (Dex), Climb (Dex), Craft (toys, electronic, mechanical, visual art) (Int), Disable Device (Int), Escape Artist (Dex), Gather Information (Cha), Handle Animal (Cha), Hide (Dex), Jump (Str), Knowledge (behavioral sciences, current events, history, popular culture) (Int), Listen (Wis), Move Silently (Dex), Navigate (Int), Pilot (Dex), Profession (Wis), Read/Write Language (none), Research (Int), Speak Language (none).
Skill Points at Each Level: 8 + Int modifier.
Class Features
The following features pertain to the Santa prestige class.
Air of Goodwill: A Santa exudes an aura that gives him a +5 bonus to all Charisma skill checks. In addition, anyone wishing to attack him must make a willpower saving throw against a DC of 15 + 1 for every level of the Santa class. If for any reason, Santa initiates combat, he immediately forgos these benefits for the encounter.
Bestow Reward: At 2nd level, Santa may bestow a reward to a target. This reward is not chosen by the Santa, and is always something the recipient has earned. In order to summon this reward, he must have a bag-like opening. He might pull a piece of candy from a pocket, a gift from his bag, or drag toys from a stocking. The value of the gift is not important, only the appropriateness. After all, it's the thought that counts.
Hearth Walking: At 3rd level, he gains the ability to enter any home that is currently celebrating the Christmas spirit, no matter the form. The entry is normally through the fireplace or hearth, but in the absences of one he may summon one temporarily for his use. This ability is effectively a teleport effect, bypassing all walls and mundane security measures. Using this ability, he may also travel from home to home in the same region.
Summon Reindeer: A Santa may summon up to 2 reindeer per level. These magical beasts are herd animals with the following magical abilities: Flight 120 (poor), Cold Immunity, Darkvision 240. These beasts follow all instructions from the summoner, and stay for a full day.
Quick as a Wink: The final ability a Santa may use is the power to warp time. Using the Hearth Walking power he may effectively alter time upon entering a home. To everyone inside the home, time passes as normal. Outside, everyone just sees the Santa enter and exit, with no time passing in between. This power only lasts as long as he is within a home. This power also makes the Santa immune to aging and its effects.
The Gift of Giving: If at any time the character ceases to be a charitable soul and falls to selfishness, he looses all Santa abilities and powers. These abilities can only be re-earned with acts of pure charity for its own sake.
