As a big fan of Discworld in general and Hogfather in particular, I thought they did a great job. The story has all the elements, though the order in which they're presented is a bit rearranged...not for the worse, happily. The performances are, almost to a one, spot on. While adding to the chorus that Susan, Teatime and Death are excellently portrayed, I also want to say that Ridcully was also really well done, I thought...especially considering how little screentime he has out of the whole affair. The only 'complaint' I have is that the plotline where excess "leftover" belief is causing new personifications to spring haphazardly into existence is really introduced too late in the show, I thought...and thus characters like Bilious and the involvement of the wizards are very much 11th hour things, and underdeveloped. I think I can see why they did it...since those things lead to Susan...er...no spoils, I guess...going to where she needs to be, and things unravel fast at that point. Still, if I hadn't been familiar with the story already, I might have been pretty confused by how that was all handled.Not to take away from it though, because it was overall a great show!</blockquote>
