Holy, Sacred, Divine

Holy and Sacred boni are named differently so they stack. A Divine bonus is one you get from being a god.
Except that I can't think of anything that gives an Un/Holy or Divine bonus (even holy weapons grant an unnamed bonus to damage). If it's a bonus "from a higher power", it's sacred or profane.

Sacred/profane are bonus types (3.5 DMG p21)
Vile is a type of damage
Holy/Unholy, iirc, went away with 3.0 (they may still be around somewhere, but current descriptors for bypassing regeneration use good-aligned/evil-aligned weapons/spells with good/evil descriptors)
Divine bonus types sources from Deities and Demigods
Exalted bonus appears in Book of Exalted Deeds
And don't forget my favorite: Deformity bonuses (or boni) from BoVD

Huh! That's funny. I never thought of the plural of "bonus" as "boni" (although that makes perfect sense).

It isn't. The plural of bonus is "bonuses". It's true that in Latin, the plural of the word bonus is "boni", but it's an adjective. When it was taken into English, it was taken in as a noun, and therefore follows the usual English plural usage.
