"Holy Symbol Expertise " ??

What is this ?

Someone said its new shiny and good.

Is this just the implement expertiese feat ?

I haven't seen Holy Symbol Expertise yet. Heroes of the Fallen Lands has Orb Expertise, Staff Expertise and Wand Expertise, which offer a +1 feat bonus to attack rolls plus some additional ability, but Holy Symbol Expertise was not included, presumably because the warpriest uses weapons instead of implements.
