It allows somebody who has Channel Divinity to Turn Undead once per day (or a cleric to turn undead again even if Channel Divinity has been used in that fight!). I prefer it over the Pelor feat because it does not require the worship of the sun god. Also, as an implement it gives crits +1D6 Rad dmg per plus.Also... what if the holyH2O deals 1 rad, and then ongoing damage = to the enemy's vulnerability(Save Ends). MAybe my view of the stuff is based on Castlevania 2 from when I was younger but...</blockquote>
