I've created an equipment sheet for Fantasy RPGs with spaces to write your PCs equipment (belt, backpack, coin purses, arms, legs etc.) It also tracks rations and water.
I've also designed an easy-to-use and fast encumbrance system based on dots. A dot is a combined measure of weight and size. It´s not a precise system, but works for players and GMs that don't want to calculate weights.
