D&D 5E [Homebrew] Race, the Cragfar

Hello, here's my custom race, the cragfar! I'd appreciate any feedback you have. According to Detect Balance, they rank somewhere between 24-27.

Seems mostly good.

Though Tribal Warrior is a bit confusing and a bit strong. I would change it to rerolling damage, once per short rest.
And I would make Astral Appetite give THP equal to half your level (minimum 1).

I'm curious why you think Tribal Warrior may be too strong? I thought so too and I tried to dial it back before submitting it.
