Hostile empathic transfer with Mind blank?

If you have a Mind Blank up can you gain the hit points from casting an hostile empathic transfer?
Mind Blank says you will be protected from spells/powers that have the mind affecting descriptors. However, does that refer to you receiving the hit points from an opponent or just that if an opponent has Mind Blank you get no hit points?

Thoughts anyone?
