In the initial struggle between the two dragons, her dragon arguably got the better of Vhagar and it isn't unreasonable to think she could have won out with her experience commanding her dragon so I don't so much have a problem with her going back to fight them again. The part where I had trouble suspending disbelief a bit was how Vhagar ambushed her from below as she flew over the keep. She was looking around and couldn't locate them and it's not like Vhagar wasn't ginormous enough to be clearly seen if in the air, so why fly over somewhere with a blind spot like the cliff behind the keep?</p></blockquote><p></p>
