This is the first I've heard of this. At a glance, it looks like there are now options to add extra powers and feats. Is that right? Is there any other house rule support?
Brilliant! Not before time, of course, and it doesn't actually go far enough but this at least allows us to implement in the CB the maths fixes that the majority of DMs utilise.
Just playing with the powers thing, looks like it just adds the ability to assign extra powers to the character correct? (IE there isn't a feature that lets you build said extra power from scratch right?)
That's what I understand, yes. I have a few campaign-specific Channel Divinity powers I would like to use but can't. All I have done so far is add in the maths fix feats.
